In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable regulations, VITRUVIO IP LEGAL, SL (hereinafter, "VITRUVIO IP LEGAL" or "the Controller") informs the User (Interested Party) in a more extensive manner about the processing of their personal data on the Website www.vitruvioip.es (hereinafter, "the Website").

2. Purpose of processing the personal data of the interested party.

A) Execute the services provided by VITRUVIO IP LEGAL, in accordance with the contracted services.

B) Execute or apply pre-contractual services at the request of the User (Interested Party).

C) Regarding the personal data of the User (Interested Party) processed as a result of access and use of the Website (cookies), to achieve more comfortable and faster communication between the User and the Website, or to authenticate or identify the User if the User is a registered User, or to remember the contracting processes of the registered User. D) Sending electronic commercial communications in relation to the activities and services offered by VITRUVIO IP LEGAL.

3. Duration of processing. Storage of personal data.

In accordance with the principles of transparency, usefulness and limitation of the purpose of processing, the personal data belonging to the User (Interested Party) will be kept, in general, for the time strictly necessary to comply with each of the intended purposes plus, where applicable, the limitation periods for the enforcement of contractual liabilities (referring to the specific case of the purpose provided above in letter A) of section 2).

In the case provided for in letters B), C) and D) of section 2 above, personal data will be kept as long as the interested party does not revoke his or her consent to the indicated processing.

4. Legitimacy for the processing of personal data.

In the cases provided for in letters A) and B) of section 2 above, the legal basis that legitimizes VITRUVIO IP LEGAL to process the User's personal data is the execution of the contract or pre-contractual actions, as provided for in article 6.1.b) GDPR.

In the cases provided for in sections C) and D) of section 2 above, the legal basis that legitimizes VITRUVIO IP LEGAL to process the User's personal data is their consent, as provided for in article 6.1.a) GDPR.

5. Communication and international transfer of personal data.

VITRUVIO IP LEGAL will not communicate the personal data processed to any third party, except at the express judicial request or requirement from the authorities of the Security Forces and Corps.

VITRUVIO IP LEGAL will not carry out any international transfer of the personal data being processed.

6. Rights regarding the processing of personal data.

The User (Interested Party) enjoys the following rights in relation to the processing of his/her personal data:

• Right to request access to personal data;
• Right to request rectification or deletion;
• Right to request limitation of processing;
• Right to object to processing;
• Right to portability of the data in question, and
• Right to revoke consent at any time.

These rights can be exercised in several ways:

• Sending written communication to the Controller's postal address.
• By sending an email to general@vitruvio.es .

The exercise of the aforementioned rights will be in accordance with the procedure provided for in the applicable regulations, whether the General Data Protection Regulation or the national legislation issued on the occasion of its incorporation into our legal system.

Likewise, the User (Interested Party) may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
